We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund or an exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused, and unopened condition.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened or used, unless defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@theanswer.health with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@theanswer.health.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or variant, please contact us at support@theanswer.health.
We will assist in processing the exchange as soon as we receive the returned product.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, such as:
